The first of many GoodTimes

An evening
at The Compton.

First Light introduces An Evening at The Compton, a new event series organized by GoodTimes Bentonville. Every event is an invitation to settle in, meet someone new, and enjoy a little more time together.

Find The Compton

Lighting of the Square · A shared holiday gathering

The first lights of Christmas.

As the Square lights up for Christmas, join us upstairs at The Compton for seasonal bites, holiday cocktails, music and good company. Settle into The Sunroom or The Eddy, or mingle in The Ozark Room. Dress for the occasion. We’ll make you feel at home.

A collaboration with The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and Practice Hospitality, hosted by Damon “GoodTimes” Epps of GoodTimes Bentonville. Venue arrangements remain subject to confirmation.

  1. Cocktail hour · 5–6 p.m.

    Welcome upstairs

Christmas fills the air. A little hello—is it me you’re looking for? from across the room. A careless whisper over a cocktail. And a feeling that’s easy like a Sunday morning. There’s time to catch up, meet someone new, and take in the Square before its first lights. Cocktail hour is included for The Sunroom and The Eddy guests from 5–6 p.m.

  2. Lights-on · 6 p.m.

    Bright Light Social

Lights on. Phase two. The Square is shining, and there’s a little Rocket Man wonder in the air—earthbound for the evening, somewhere above the ordinary. A little romance, a little Saturday Night Fever, and an unmistakable Stayin’ Alive. Christmas warmth welcomes Celebration, with all the heart still in it.

  3. Afterglow · 8 PM

    A Little Purple

The night takes a purple turn. So Let’s Go Crazy as the Purple Rain fills the air. The afterglow has a Super Freak streak now, with Brick House confidence and a little Le Freak beneath the elegance. Sweetness gives way to swagger. We want the funk as the GoodTimes glow gets brighter.

  4. Evening ends · 11 p.m.

    Until the Next GoodTimes

The Square brought the sparkle. You brought the good company. From the first toast to the last familiar chorus, First Light is about making a little room for something wonderful: new friends, old favorites, and the story you’ll still be telling tomorrow. This is GoodTimes Bentonville—bringing people together and giving them a night worth remembering.
